Busy, busy, busy!

Just back from a weekend at our caravan. I actually bought a few more Christmas Presents... won't be long till it is upon us.

I wonder how many people will be marrying around Christmas and New Year?

Appointments tomorrow then study on Tuesday.... wish me luck!x

Time Is Moving ON!

Well, my temporary business cards finally came today lol and now I have my actual design from lovely Annie (see her Birdcages and Butterflies Blog) I shall sort those out soon too.

The temporary cards are very fetching though, plain white with dark purple script writing, I am pleased with them.

Wisteriaweddings.co.uk is coming along, not yet live so you won't find it on the web yet!

I'm also about to start another assignment for my diploma and am busy thinking about colours to decorate our home. It is only a year old, so is totally magnolia at the moment and whilst that is nice, clean and fresh, we now feel, a year in, it is time to put a stamp on it!

Hi there!

My name is Tess Sanderson and after 30 years of organising people and projects, I have decided to start my own Wedding Consultancy.

I have experience within business administration, people management, training and development and as a PA and having helped friends and relations to organise their weddings, and two of my own, I have finally decided to use my skills within a work area where I can combine my practical skills with my creative flair.

I have always enjoyed the creative side of organising events - designing / making table plans, helping with locating decorations, advising on colours and get great satisfaction from this. I also know how stressful organising a wedding can be, so wanted to offer a service that allows the couple getting married to pick and choose where they need help - that way they get to enjoy the fun things and I can pick up those things which do not appeal to them.

I'm currently putting together my website and enhancing my knowledge and skills by completing a diploma and attending business classes - I am a firm believer in life long learning and always improving your own skills to offer your clients the best possible service.
